The California Highway Patrol had to admit recently that they weren't sure where their images were going. When the grusome photos of the driver in a highway fatality circulated across the internet, a hole in the CHP's chain of custody for their digital information was exposed. Now, the family of the driver is seeking $20 million in damage from the CHP. Are you certain this won't happen with your digital evidence?
